Owner Brien Pippen started repairing appliances with his father at age eleven. 38 years later and he’s still at it. Brien has made a reputation for the company by only keeping highly trained and skilled technicians on his team. Every technician is back-ground checked. The Appliance Care Company is the only company to have 2 certified master appliance technicians in the entire Kansas City area. The team are active members of United Appliance Servicers Association, Professional Servicers Association, and Marcone Servicers Association.
