C&L Excavating

C&L Excavating was created by Brent Lahr and Kevin Cox in 1997. As young adults, Kevin and Brent met as they both worked for a local sewer and water company. They later decided to branch out on their own and start their own business. C&L Excavating was incorporated in 1998.

Kevin is a graduate of Northern State University with a BS in finance and business administration. Kevin currently has over 20 years of experience as an underground utilities contractor.

Brent attended college at Anoka-Ramsey Community College and St. Cloud State University. Brent also has over 20 years of experience in the underground utilities industry.
