Founded in 2013, The Compost Plant is working to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from landfills and to optimize the efficiency and sustainability of organic waste transport. By partnering with regional farms and anaerobic digesters, we put organic waste to work creating high-quality soil amendments and renewable energy. Founded by Leo Pollock and Nat Harris, The Compost Plant, L3C is a low-profit, limited liability company with a social mission to fight climate change and provide a living wage for our crew. We partner with customers to maximize the management of their organic waste streams and increase the sustainability of their operations
