Founded on May 6, 1991 under the name Papelaria RL, Ld.ª, it began by developing its activity in the stationery sector through an establishment open to the public. However, the commercialization of computer articles has developed at an ever-increasing pace. On November 20, 1997, activities in the IT sector already assumed a prominent role in the company's turnover, which is why it changed its name to Mega 8 – Serviços e Produtos, Ld.ª, reinforcing its image in the IT area and also started to develop activities in the area of infrastructure (computer networks and electrical installations) to complement IT services.
he Mega 8 image also evolved over time, having the first logo in 1997 and a 2nd version in 2004.
In 2011, we celebrated our 20th anniversary, and created a new image that we maintained until 2017. Currently our logo is characterized by 3 colors in order to make our 3 areas of intervention known, IT, Electricity and Maintenance. The last area, maintenance, results from an expanding area in order to respond to the needs of our customers, especially condominiums.
