The Ecolect Group Intercommunity Development Association is made up of all the communes and cities of Bihor plus the Bihor County Council.
In the fall of 2020, the Intercommunity Development Association (ADI) Ecolect Group, effectively began the implementation of the Integrated Waste Management System (SMID).
From this moment on, citizens (individuals) and companies (legal entities) collect waste separately, in 4 fractions in the rural environment (paper/cardboard, plastic/metal, glass and residual waste) and in 5 fractions in the urban environment (paper/ cardboard, plastic/metal, glass, biodegradable waste and residual waste).
