Kingo Karlsen A/S

Kingo Karlsen A/S is Denmark's leading demolition company with more than 65 years of experience in the industry.

Kingo's head office is located in Silkeborg, where Kingo has operated demolition operations since 1955. Kingo carries out demolition work throughout Denmark, and in 2006 we opened a branch in Gadstrup in Zealand to strengthen the position in Eastern Denmark. In 2015, the department moved into a newly built domicile in Gadstrup.

Kingo has continuously had large demolition cases in North Jutland. Therefore, a reception area and a demolition department in North Jutland have long been considered, and when the opportunity presented itself, we jumped at it.

On 1 January 2017, we took over NKI's old site. We rented office facilities right next door and were thus established in Aalborg with a reception area and a demolition department.

In 2018, we opened a new office in Odense on Funen, from where we manage local matters in close cooperation with our customers in Funen.

In 2019, we opened a new office in Esbjerg with the aim of getting even closer to our southern and southern Jutland customers. The market has welcomed this.

Finally, we bought JM Dansk Betonboring A/S in June 2019. The company focuses on drilling and cutting concrete.

From these five central addresses, Kingo carries out demolition and environmental remediation throughout the country. We also carry out tasks in Greenland through the company that Kingo Karlsen Holding ApS co-owns in Nuuk.

Kingo has a professional board and is today a limited company owned by Thomas Kingo Karlsen, who is the 3rd generation owner of the family business. The company is managed by CEO Michael Kamstrup Søndergaard.
