Years of Experience

David Langille is a third-generation metal recycler and has more than 35 years of experience in the metal industry. Having metal recycling in the family, David started learning about the industry at a very young age and always had a vision for the future of Langilles, to make it a one-stop-shop for everyone’s scrap needs. Starting out as a pedlar has helped David learn every aspect of the industry.

International Knowledge

His extensive traveling and touring international yards have also enhanced David’s knowledge and service standards at Langilles. Even on family vacations abroad, David spends time touring the local yards! Being an avid outdoorsman, David believes in taking care of the environment and upholds the latest industry standards for environmental disposal practices- from the ISRI (Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries) to CARI (Canadian Association of Recycling).
