Pavement Recycling Inc. is in the asphalt recycling, stabilizing and restoration business. With over 50 years of experience we have adapted to the industry utilizing tried and true techniques along with modern technology. We have been called upon to offer our expertise to, and contracted with, over 200 villages, cities, counties, and the Michigan Department of Transportation, as well as, owners of airports, shopping centers, subdivisions, schools, industrial complexes, and engineering firms.

We are equipped to handle major repairs, re-construction and new construction including asphalt pulverizing/reclaiming, cold-milling and base stabilizing with hot liquid asphalt cement, engineered asphalt emulsion, portland cement, quick lime, or hydrated lime depending on the type of base problems.
