CTR is a waste service company that was founded on July 1st, 2019 by Juan Carlos Barralaga and Jose David Oliva. Prior to starting CTR, both founders worked in the waste management industry for 18 years. During their time in the industry, they observed a lack of focus on providing true customer service and saw an opportunity to create a company that prioritizes this aspect. Their mission with CTR is to offer a waste management service that not only provides effective waste removal, but also prioritizes customer satisfaction and positive relationships.
