Eksjö Energi's organization consists of the parent company Eksjö Energi AB and the two subsidiaries Eksjö Elnät AB and Eksjö Energi ELIT AB. Eksjö Energi AB is a wholly owned municipal company owned by Eksjö Stadshus AB. The boards of all of Eksjö Energi's companies (except partially in Eksjö Energi ELIT AB) consist of politically elected representatives.
