Mitchell Padilla has been working for and with King's Pumping Service since 2008 and is the Lead Operator. He is certified by NAWT as an Onsite Wastewater System Inspector. He is also certified by Oregon DEQ as an O & M (Operation & Maintenance) provider. He continues to learn new things by attending the O2WA yearly conference. He has performed well over 200 septic-system evaluations and thus is very knowledgeable about the DEQ evaluation form that went into effect January, 2014.
