SC REMAT VEST S.A. is a private joint-stock company founded in 1991 as a fraction of the old I.J.R.V.M.R (County Enterprise for the Recovery and Valorification of Reusable Materials). In 1995, the management of the company began the privatization process of the company, thus transforming the company's employees into shareholders. Starting with 1995, the company becomes 100% private.

Having a tradition of over 15 years, our company carries out a diverse range of activities in the field of collection, processing and marketing of reusable materials (ferrous and non-ferrous metals, paper), at a high level of quality, level imposed by the market and the requirements of the standards.
