For the cleanliness of the city of Miskolc and the organized removal of household waste , a regulation was issued as early as 1876 , which was ordered by the first mayor of Miskolc, Károly Farkas. The decision clearly records the details of the service, as a result of which the coordinated household waste collection could be realized in the settlement.
