However, the law also tells us that this responsibility can be delegated to an entity duly licensed for this purpose, as it would be difficult for companies to individually collect these packages from consumers' homes.

Thus, since 1996, Sociedade Ponto Verde, created by a group of companies that place packaged products on the market (packers), has been a privileged partner for packaging recycling, ensuring the necessary conditions for a practically infinite cycle of sustainability, and contributing to the increase in the useful life of materials and to the preservation of the environment.
