Villacher Saubermacher

The waste collection and disposal company Villacher Saubermacher was founded in 2001 by the city of Villach and Saubermacher Dienstleistungs AG as a public-private partnership (PPP). The local disposal company employs around 85 people and uses 40 special vehicles to ensure that waste is transported professionally and recycled in an environmentally friendly manner in the region.

Public-private partnerships combine the strengths of municipal organizations and private waste management. Securing regional jobs, relieving the burden on the budget, additional income through synergies and the expansion of business areas as well as a continuous transfer of know-how are just a few of the many advantages that need to be mentioned here.

The Villacher Saubermacher provides municipal waste disposal services for the city of Villach. In addition, we offer numerous services for private and commercial customers, such as the provision of troughs and containers as well as room modules, clearing out, waste advice, cleaning and event services as well as the sale of products for balconies and gardens. 

Disposal via self-delivery is also possible in the recycling center or in the waste collection center (for citizens of the city of Villach) in Drauwinkelstraße 2. The Waste Management Authority of the City of Villach is located at the same location. Thus, all waste-relevant points in Villach are bundled in one place and easily accessible.
