Our President and founder has always enjoyed learning about computers and technology. For many years, he worked in the technology sector providing support in the Cable and Internet industry while repairing cell phones, laptop computers, and video game consoles in his free time. Over time, it became more apparent that there is a profound lack of support and IT services available to small businesses. Computer failure, infrastructure changes, and backups were often missed or implemented incorrectly.
