Phoenix Used Clothing is a female/minority-owned and operated business that focuses on the reuse and recycling of textiles in support of local communities throughout Delaware. Started in 2019, its mission is to keep textiles out of landfill. Owner Babita Jagnanan, a member of Delaware's Recycling Public Advisory Council, is highly regarded for paying it forward and partnering with the community and charities to promote green initiatives.
