Big Top Auto was started in the 1930s when our founder's great-grandfather began wrecking Model A Fords. Back then, junking of a car was done simply with an axe, as the vehicles were wood frames covered in sheet metal. Over the years, the way vehicles are scrapped has changed and so have we.
Today, five generations later, as one of the oldest automotive recycling families in the country, Big Top Auto is an industry leader in automotive recycling. We are still processing your junk car, from towing your vehicle to our disassembly plant, to the utilization of modern tools and equipment, and developing and implementing procedures and systems to disassemble vehicles in an efficient and environmentally-responsible manner. As we dismantle your car, we are renewing resources through scrap processing.
