Ted's Service is the oldest privately owned business on the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. Founded by Theodore Basil Rousseau Sr.. , passed down to his eldest son Theodore Jr. 'Junior' Rousseau, then Junior to his son and current owner Mike Eugene Rousseau. Mike Rousseau is an enrolled member and previous District 6 Tribal Council Representative (1998-2010) of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe. Ted's Service became an incorporation in the early 20th Century, after Mike ventured into his own entrepreneur qualities, adopting Ted's Used Car Sales
