The company was founded by Stanisław Pruszyński in 1973 in Warsaw. At that time, the company was known for its specialized approach to vehicle repair, collection, transport and disposal of waste, as well as towing, car park management, vehicle scrap and used electronic equipment. Since 2015, the tradition has been continued and its new owner is the granddaughter of Mr. Stanisław, Mrs. Natalia Niedzielska.
