General Plastics is a well-known and respected Polish manufacturer of machines based on extruders. We have been operating in Poland since 1996.

The machines produced are:

EXTRUSION MACHINES and complete lines for PE FILM (LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE stretch, heat-shrinkable, construction, agricultural, etc.), single or multi-layer in the range of screws from 25mm to 125mm and the width of the film from 300mm to 3300mm. The offer includes both very simple and complicated models with a high degree of automation. The line is complemented by mini-recycling machines enabling the return of technological waste.

EXTRUSION AND BLOWING MACHINES , or 'bottling machines', intended for the production of bottles and containers from HDPE, LDPE, PP, PVC, PET-G, PA, from the simplest, 1-layer, to high-barrier 3- or 4-layer structures, and from the smallest capacity 2ml (vials) to 5-liter (canisters). A full range of models is offered, from 1-head, 1-table, to complex multi-head, 2-table models, fully automatic, richly equipped with peripheral devices. A subgroup of these machines are the extremely popular AUTOMATIC TUBE FOR CICKS with a practical capacity from 400 pcs / h to 2,500 pcs / h

LINE FOR REGRANULATION OF PE, PP, PS WASTE intended for the management of post-production waste as well as dirty, pre-cleaned waste. PE waste granulation lines with cooling mainly air and PP and PS waste granulation lines with water cooling with a capacity of 20 kg / h to 400 kg / h
