'RECYKLING Wojkowice' Sp. z o. o. was bound by a notarial deed of March 17, 1998 and registered in the District Court, VIII Commercial and Registration Department in Katowice under no. RHB 15562 on July 2, 1998, and then entered into the National Court Register under no. KRS 0000027044 on September 7, 2001. The company is municipal property and its shareholders were initially four municipalities: Wojkowice, Bobrowniki, Psary and Ożarowice. Since 2016, the entire stake has been transferred to the commune of Wojkowice. The company's core business is service activities, in particular:

- Acquisition and collection of secondary raw materials and their trading, waste segregation,

- Processing of secondary raw materials.
