Jerry Roldan, the owner of Roldan Demolition, started working as a union carpenter for Jack Dymond Co., Meiswinkel, and Walters & Wolf in 1977. After nine years of working as a union foreman carpenter, he joined forces with his two younger brothers and mother starting Roldan Construction, Inc. in1985.
Originally, the work included the installation of demountable partitions, doors and frames, suspended acoustical ceilings and computer floors, but later it evolved strictly into demolition, with a focus on interior. The team's experience on the construction/framing build-out side gave them an edge in demolition. After many successful years of demolition in the San Francisco Bay Area, Jerry decided to move his family to Las Vegas, NV in 2001, opening a new branch of Roldan Construction.
In 2012, Roldan Construction, Inc. decided to pull operations out of Nevada and at that time Jerry and his wife Peggy started Roldan Demolition, LLC. For over thirty years, the Roldan Demolition team has been an industry leader in the demolition contracting space.
