Since 2008, Lansing Junk Removal has been serving a 20 mile radius of Lansing, MI.  We have a Free & Cheap Store, where we donate good, reusable items to anyone in need of a good deal.  We give away a lot of stuff and only sell enough to keep the store open (sorry, we do not take donations, but we do give discounts on our removal service).  Last year, we helped nearly 10,000 people through our junk removal service and our store.

1. What educational or information will you be discussing?
Home is where we go to relax and should not be filled with stressful clutter.  Clutter over stimulates the mind, drawing our attention away from what our focus should be on.  It makes it more difficult to relax and is a constant reminder of our long to-do list.  It causes anxiety because of the idea of sorting piles is overwhelming.  It creates guilt and embarrassment particularly when someone stops by unexpectedly.  Frustrating when you can’t find your keys, bills, or checkbook.

LJR offers cleanout and removal of stuff from cluttered areas such as garages, basements, yards, and storage units.  We specialize in hoarding situations, but we also help anyone by removing broken things, couches, mattresses, appliances, fitness equipment, hot tubs, pools, and swing sets.

If you feel overwhelmed with the clutter and don’t have the time to do anything about it, let LJR take care of all the packing and lifting, right from wherever it is.  We don’t just throw it away to a landfill, we donate or recycle most of it.  This way, you can focus on what really matters.
