In addition, it should be noted that if the waste is disposed of not by recycling, but by placing it on landfills, the waste delivery company must additionally pay a fee for the negative impact on the environment (Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 12, 2003 No. 344, Order of the Federal Service on Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision dated April 5, 2007 N 204).

If this problem is already somehow solved in developed industrial countries, then in our country the question is only being raised.
