Vivasto

Vivasto SA is a producer of high-quality, repeatable and stable PE regranulates for the packaging industry (bags, stretch films), construction (construction films), agriculture (films for packing haylage) and for the production of pipes. Our regranulate is also used in some rotomoulding applications.

We produce:

• 100% PE-LLD regranulate (linear), used as an additive to PE-HD and PE-LD recyclates, in order to improve the mechanical properties of the finished product
• PE-LD / PE-LLD compound, used as an independent raw material for blowing and extrusion.

We care about quality - we use 5-stage mechanical washing and flotation, two-stage extrusion with filters below 100m. We control the quality before shipping the goods. We issue a quality certificate for each batch of material.

We understand the need for stable production of our partners. We provide repeatable quality and very good availability of our products.

We do not use any fillers in standard production. On special request, it is possible to dye or fill regrenulates according to the customer's recipe.
