Eltechresource Ad

Eltechresurs AD is an organization for utilization of obsolete electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), having a Decision OOP - WEEE - 02 - 02 / 30.01.2018. , issued by the Ministry of Environment and Water, according to the Waste Management Act. Through a well-organized and efficient system, Eltechresource AD ​​enables producers and persons who place EEE on the market to fulfill their obligations under the Waste Management Act to achieve the objectives under Art. 10 and 14 of the Ordinance on obsolete electrical and electronic equipment (SG No. 100 of 2013).

Eltechresource AD ​​cooperates with the companies that owe product tax for the electrical and electronic equipment placed on the Bulgarian market, as well as with the municipal administration, state institutions and non-governmental organizations in conducting environmental policy in the country regarding WEEE waste
