Based in Elland, West Yorkshire, we are the only facility in Europe to use artificial intelligence and X-ray technology, to recycle screen-based devices. This makes us greener, safer and faster than any other electronic recycling company in the UK.
Our state-of-the-art technology dismantles and separates recyclable and non-recyclable materials from TVs, laptops and monitors. We process plastics, liquid crystals and hazardous substances up to 20 times faster than manual methods. And even recycle old screens containing dangerous CRT displays.
Our intelligent robots learn as they work, automatically recognising and disassembling screens in seconds. While our X-ray machine determines whether or not plastic casings contain harmful chemicals. We then remove whole elements, including printed circuit boards, to minimise waste WEEE and contamination, and maximise reuse, recycling and smelting.
We partner with district councils, recyclers, manufacturers and retailers to recycle electronics in bulk. So we can amplify our output and significantly reduce the UK’s carbon emissions.
