RB Everett & Company

Ralph B. and Emma Everett came to Houston, Texas from Atlanta, Georgia in 1909. In 1911 they started R.B. Everett & Company at 3118 Harrisburg just outside of downtown. With dogged persistence and continuous hard work even through the Great Depression of the thirties and a devastating fire in 1946, the company not only survived but grew steadily to be a key supplier of construction equipment to users in at least 40 counties of Southeast Texas.
From 1911-1918, Ralph and Emma Everett ran the business as a proprietorship. In an unfortunate turn of events, Ralph would die during the flu epidemic at the young age of 28. The company was incorporated in 1919 and Clarence Neblett became President from 1919-1941; Emma B. Neblett (formerly Mrs. Emma Everett) served as President from 1941-1963; Hal M. Davis served as President from 1963-1977. In 1977 J. Farrel Henderson began his tenure as President and remains in that position today.
R.B. Everett & Company had operated from its Harrisburg location in Houston since 1911. The company moved to its current location at 8211 Red Bluff Road, Pasadena, Texas in March 2001. The new facility is located on 11 acres and includes a corporate office for administrative, sales, rental and accounting personnel. Parts and Service departments are adjacent to the executive offices. Located just four minutes from Beltway 8 our location gives quick access for customers and a speedy delivery to all job sites.
