Alba Waste

Alba Waste as was founded in 2011 by purchasing Alba spol. sro, which was founded in 1992 as a family company, we have almost thirty years of history in the field of waste management.

We process about 20,000 tons of non-ferrous metals and about 35,000 tons of ferrous metals.

The most frequently processed non-ferrous metals at our facility include aluminum, copper, brass and stainless steel .

All metals at the plant in KostÄ›nice are processed on modern technologies, the metals are then delivered to smelters in the Czech Republic and throughout the EU. For some smelters, we have become key suppliers of raw materials.

In the Czech Republic, in 2014 we became important processors of AlFe conductors (high-voltage steel-aluminum ropes), our suppliers of AlFe conductors are energy companies, for which we have become stable partners after several years of cooperation. We process around 3,000 tons of AlFe wires every year.

At the beginning of 2017, after several months of construction, we put into operation a line for the processing of plastic - metal composite materials and cables with a processing capacity of 15,000 tons per year.

We supply output granules to leading processors throughout the EU and beyond. 

Processing, separation and sorting are subject to strict internal company standards and valid regulations of the Czech Republic, the company Alba Waste as holds the ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001: 2015 certificates.

We also have modern collection technology - we operate a total of 9 trucks with about 300 containers, three trucks have a hydraulic arm for loading waste.
