Valorplast

Valorplast has supported three strategic axes to develop the circular economy of plastic packaging:

• Increase the recycling rate of household plastic packaging thanks to eco-design and the extension of sorting instructions,

• Guarantee high-quality recycled plastic to ensure high value-added outlets for these materials,

• Innovate to co-construct the recycling channels of the future.

In 2020, Valorplast managed the recycling of 157,000 tonnes of plastic packaging which was 100% recycled in neighboring Europe, 3/4 of which in France. Embodying the take-back guarantee, Valorplast was last year in contract with 58% of local authorities in France.
