The hazardous waste industry's business practices have remained almost completely unchanged since the 1980's. Improvements to workplace safety, waste treatment technologies and a series of agressive consolidations have all helped to improve the bottom line for a few giant corporations at the top of the waste industry while customer experience, in stark contrast, has changed very little. That is why it is ourgoal to lead customer-focused change in the waste industry.
