The S. ERASMO ZINKAL SRL foundry boasts a long and proven experience in the production of the ZAMA alloy (acronym for zinc - aluminum - magnesium) and in the refining processes of zinc alloys for companies operating in the die casting sector.

The current corporate configuration, which over the years has undergone numerous evolutions, originates from the S. Erasmo Foundry founded in 1966 and is located in the extreme west of Genoa.

We specialize in the production of all zinc alloys compliant with the UNI EN 1774 standard that we market on the national market and that we export to over 20 European and non-European countries both directly and under the initiative and coordination of four branch offices.

Currently our company is a leader on the domestic market and is among the first producers in the wider European context.

Our commercial and technical organization has a team of industry experts able to satisfy every customer request and more specifically offer the following services:

- Constant updating of the prices of the zamak alloy based on the stock market trends of the London Metal Exchange (LME);
- Proposition of short and long time supply contracts.
- Quality control through 4 decimal spectrochemical analyzer;
- Assistance in identifying the most suitable types of alloy for the realization of the die-cast casting;
- Assistance in the identification of surface treatments for the realization of die castings;
- Logistic organization both for the distribution of products on the national territory that we ensure with our own means of transport and to EU and non-EU countries using primary international carriers.
- Organization of maritime transport with primary shipping companies facilitated by the proximity of our industrial site to the Port of Genoa.
- Constant administrative assistance with dedicated staff;
- Constant assistance with dedicated staff in relation to the evolution of legislation on workplace safety and the environment.
