MiK Sp

The company MiK Sp. z o. o. was established in June 1990 as a production company dealing in the processing of plastic parts.

The dynamic development of the company resulted in the purchase of the facility at 6 Melioracyjna 6 in 1992. In 2000, cooperation was established with the company Legrand Fael Sp. z o. o. Initially, it included the production of moldings, in the next phase it was extended to the assembly of electrical components.

In 2001, the company changed its legal status from a civil partnership to a limited liability company.

In 2004, the company obtained the PN-EN ISO 14001: 1998 and PN-EN ISO 9001: 2009 certificates.

In 2006, MiK was awarded the Business Gazelle 2005 and became a member of the Business Center Club.

The company currently employs about 150 people.

An important role in the management process is played by the company's mission, which expresses - both for the external and internal environment - the values ​​that a given company carries, the role it plays in satisfying social needs. The purpose of MiK Sp. z o. o. is a combination of the concept of operating on the market and the product approach.

The aim of the marketing approach of MiK Sp. z o. o. is to offer such products and accompanying services that, more than the products and services offered by competitors, will satisfy the customer belonging to the selected market segment
