• Delete was born in 2010 when Toivonen Yhtiöt and Tehoc merged, and the current main shareholder, the Nordic private equity investor Axcel, bought it in 2013.
• Since 2011, Delete has acquired more than 34 companies operating in the industrial cleaning and dismantling industries.
• The operations are divided into three business areas: Cleaning Services, Demolition Services and Recycling Services.
• Delete's largest customer groups are industrial companies, construction companies and real estate developers, as well as the public sector.
• The company is headquartered in Helsinki and employs about 900 professionals in 36 locations in Finland and Sweden.
