Company history

The company Summerer Franz was founded in 1957, when Franz Summerer built a sawmill on the site of today's craft zone in Sesto / Sexten.

Since then, the company has continued to develop.

The construction of the excavator company began with the purchase of a truck and a backhoe in 1968 and over the years has specialized in the construction of sewers, water pipes, forest roads, ski slopes, leveling work, excavations, demolitions, recycling, delivery of gravel and precast concrete as well as car transport.

In 1978 the plant for ballast processing in Monguelfo / Wiesen was put into operation, in 1989 the plant for the production of precast concrete.

In 1984 a new workshop for the maintenance of the machines was built in the newly designated craftsman zone in Sexten.

Today the company employs 20 people and has 22 different vehicles and machines.

CE certification (all concrete and asphalt aggregates as well as substructure) since 2007

FPC certification since 2009
