Carroll Refuse Service

Carroll Refuse Service was founded 25 years ago by brothers, Joe and John Lampe, as a small, family business in Carroll, Iowa. John sold his interest to Joe, and he and his wife, Lisa, continued to grow the business. Upon Joe’s passing in 2016, the company was sold to three Carroll residents.

We are centrally located in Carroll and currently provide service to Carroll, Calhoun, Crawford, and Sac Counties. Carroll Refuse Service currently services nearly 7,000 residents on a weekly basis, as well as over 500 businesses and nearly 500 rural customers.

Carroll Refuse Service consists of a team that is dedicated to providing exceptional and cost-effective service to the residents and businesses of the communities we serve. We pride ourselves on prompt and friendly service and have continued to build a solid reputation in the industry.

In addition to the service we provide, we are mindful of our impact on the environment and are constantly striving to ensure that we stay knowledgeable and current, when it comes to the rules and regulations concerning sold waste disposal.
