Our company was founded in 1980, by my father Tom Hawkins, Sr. when he purchased F.G. Hurlbut Sanitation from Frank Hurlbut. Mr. Hurlbut operated F.G. Hurlbut Sanitation since 1952. Since this very beginning our company has been dedicated to living in our community, investing in our community, and caring about our customers and their families. We take pride in being a local family owned and operated business.

We take pride in taking care of the small details such as putting your lids back on your cans and returning them to a row. Since we are locally owned and operated from Rome, NY - we enjoy serving our community in Oneida and Madison Counties.
