Manns GmbH was founded in August 1996 by Gerd Manns, today's managing director of Manns GmbH, as a sole proprietorship.
The main tasks were in the design of private outdoor facilities, in gardening and landscaping as well as medium-sized earthworks.

In the last 22 years, our company has developed into a medium-sized company that is firmly positioned on the market. Large objects with earth movements of over 200,000 m³ volume are part of daily business.

Since 2000, our company has specialized more and more in the area of ​​demolition technology. By purchasing special tools and a corresponding machine park, such as a high-reach excavator (long arm excavator) for a building height of up to 22m, we are able to carry out particularly demanding work and have thus become the market leader in the Cologne-Bonn region and Environment developed.

Today, private builders as well as large international companies and municipalities are our clients .
