Benchmark Recycling is a small, family owned business, started in 2001 by David Lockwood. It is with a family philosophy that he approaches his business, treating each of his customers with the view that they are part of the Benchmark 'family'. Given this it is no surprise that many of the customers that he started with in 2001 continue to be a 'member' of the Benchmark family to this day.

First, we start by offering free onsite consultations to help you determine the most cost effective and efficient way to recycle your construction debris.  Then, we haul your construction debris to reputable, documented recycling facilities with the highest recycling rates, averaging 98%.   Finally we send out complimentary monthly reports showing where your debris went and how it was recycled. 

This dedication to recycling and to our customers is what won Benchmark Recycling an award from Green Building of America for our part in recycling the waste stream for the Annette B. Weyerhaeuser Early Learning Center at Tacoma Community College, a project that achieved Gold LEED status.
