Intradel

Intradel is an inter-municipal association which today brings together 72 municipalities in the Province of Liège.

It provides the municipalities that make it up with a full service for the management of household and similar waste: prevention, reuse, collection, sorting, recycling, recovery and elimination, all in compliance with European, Belgian and regional legislation.

Intradel is a member of COPIDEC , the Permanent Conference of Walloon Inter-municipal Waste Management.

Intradel was founded in 1979 by municipalities concerned with providing a correct environmental response to their increasingly acute waste management problems.

As an intermunicipal company, it meets the requirements of the Code of Local Democracy and Decentralization. Intradel is also a cooperative company with limited liability, as defined by the Companies Code.
