For 2 years, Chap-Yt bvba has taken over the demolition activities from Emlyn NV. Emlyn has specialized for 10 years in the demolition of small to medium-sized buildings and the execution of interior demolition works.

Our company has been conducting research into the recycling options of aerated concrete rubble for five years. In 2011 Chap-Yt bvba obtained a permit to process 50,000 tons of aerated concrete annually. and a start was made with taking in aerated concrete debris from demolition yards and sorting installations.

Since 2013, we have also been a supplier of ready-to-use screed and stabilization mixtures for all kinds of applications.
