History

The history of Raak Metals goes back more than a century. To 1916, when Toon van Raak laid the foundation for our company in Tilburg. It was a time when we picked up scrap metal with a pushcart. We then developed into a metal wholesaler, after which we use all our knowledge and experience for a higher goal; a sustainable world. Today we can call ourselves a specialist in metal recycling. One that continuously grows with current developments. Fortunately, some things never change; Raak Metals is still a typical family business. Accessible. With short lines. And with the fourth generation of Van Raak now at the helm.

HIT METALS TILBURG

We collect a variety of metals at our headquarters at Ledeboerstraat in Tilburg. These metals are sorted on location and prepared for processing. Small quantities of metal can be delivered to our yard from Monday to Friday. Do you want to offer a lot of metal? Then we will gladly come and collect it.

We collect a variety of metals at our location on Fabrieksweg in Best. These metals are sorted on site and prepared for further processing. Small quantities of metal can be delivered to our yard from Monday to Friday. Do you want to offer a lot of metal? Then we will gladly come and collect it.
