The 'Waste (England and Wales) Regulations 2011' state that as a producer of waste you are legally responsible for the manner of its disposal. Devon Waste Clearance are recognised and licenced by the Environment Agency as being able to discharge this duty of care on your behalf. Unfortunately there are cowboys out there that will take your money and fly tip your rubbish - exposing you to risk of prosecution.
