Circulate Furniture Recycling

Circulate is a furniture reuse warehouse operating in Blaenavon, the project has been fully functioning since 2004. It is managed by the Garnsychan Partnership and works in partnership with local organisations and residents to recycle household, construction, wood, metal and commercial waste. All unwanted goods that are collected are reconditioned and then redistributed back into community, often to those on low incomes. As part of this project we promote environmental awareness within schools, community groups, at community events and road shows.

Circulate work in partnership with Torfaen County Borough Council and we are now diverting over 180 tonnes of waste from landfill each year by reuse and recycling. The project supports on average 50 volunteers to gain valuable work experience and training every year.
