Thomas Haulage Ltd is an Earthmoving, Plant Hire and Tipper Hire Company, operating from a 6.8 acre site at Great Billing Northampton. We are situated next to the A45 dual carriageway with quick access to the M1 Motorway to the west and the A14 to the east.
We operate a modern fleet of Tippers and Plant and a Waste Transfer and Recycling Station where we process up to 100,000 tons of Aggregates and Top Soil per annum. Our Aggregates are Wrap Protocol Approved and of the highest quality. Our Top Soils are naturally sourced from green field sites (not skip based waste) and have BS3882 Standard (screened or as dug).
We are able to assist in Classification and Interpretation of soil reports as to suitability for Landfill or disposal at our Waste Transfer Facility at Great Billing which does not attract Landfill Tax.
Our saturation of vehicles within Northamptonshire and surrounding Counties gives us the ability to service customers at a minute’s notice when emergencies crop up.
Our History
Starting in 1984 with one (unreliable) Leyland Riever, the company has built up a modern fleet of 8 wheel tippers and a wide range of construction plant.
We purchased our existing Site in 1996 where we gained planning consent for a Waste Transfer and Recycling Station. Here we select and process construction materials that would otherwise be landfilled.
Through our crushing and screening plants we produce approximately 100,000 tons of materials annually which is returned to the construction industry. We also have extensive workshop facilities for maintenance of our own fleet and other customers’ fleets.
