Founded in 1974 by Claudio Vignotto as a small family business, Micron Automatic Products inc. has grown into one of the top-leading screw machine shops of the Montreal area. MAP provides high-quality precision screw machine products and CNC turned parts used in a wide range of industries.

WHAT WE DO

MAP can manufacture screw machine and CNC turned parts from diameter up to 42mm (1-5/8’’) to fit our customer’s needs in a variety of materials.

MAP is very competitive in low volume precision automatic screw machine and CNC turned parts including: bushings, nuts, bolts, washers, pins, spacers, screws, posts, shafts, standoffs, plugs and also complex parts requiring live tools and multiple axis machines.
