COMPANY MISSION STATEMENT

Fasano Corporation, Inc. was founded in 1972 for the purpose of producing precision Swiss screw machined parts. Our mission is to use all of our skills, talents, and resources to produce high quality parts in the best possible time and at the right price. We aim to earn your business, keep your business, and meet your needs for years to come.

OUR CAPABILITIES

Currently parts are manufactured from stainless steels, steel alloys, brass, aluminum, phosphorous, bronze, copper, and various plastics. Our stock capacity is from .030' to 1.25' in diameter.

OVER 46 YEARS IN BUSINESS!!

Fasano Corporation, Inc. was founded in 1972 by Albert and Ronald Fasano with only six Tornos Swiss-type screw machines. Over time, many more machines were added. We occupy a modern building and have updated many of our older cam machines to six Swiss CNC machines. We still, however, retain four of the cam operated machines.

Our ability to survive as a small business is based on our high standards for quality control. We are a small machine shop with a reputation for taking pride in our workmanship. We take the time to do the job right the first time.

Ronald Fasano, Vice President, is an expert machinist and cam maker with over 50 years of experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Roger Williams College. He is now joined by his son, Ronald, who also hold a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from the University of Rhode Island. ​

QUALITY

We pride ourselves on maintaining a clean, efficient shop and setting high standards for quality control All incoming material is inspected and certified by our suppliers. Certifications are also required from firms on any outside work to be done, such as heat treating and plating. We work as a partner with our customers, vendors, and employees. Our specialty has always been high quality, close tolerance, precision work.

RESPONSIBILITY

Environmentally, we extract the cutting oils from 100% of the chips that leave our facility. The oils are then reused and the metals are sold as scrap.
