Northern Gold Resources LLC is a U.S. based company that completely owns a Canadian based company Northern Gold Resources ULC. Headquartered in Spokane Valley Washington, Northern Gold Resources is owned by five partners, each with a wide variety of experience that includes managing successful ventures in logging, mining and horticulture.

Northern Gold Resources entity maintains a registration in the Yukon capital, Whitehorse, but the majority of the company activity takes places near the historic town of Dawson City Yukon.
