Leading U.S. Plastic Recycling Company Announced Corporate Update for Q2 2025

During the second quarter of 2025, PureCycle recognized revenue of approximately $1.7 million.

SEATTLE (Scrap Monster): U.S.-based leading plastic recycling company PureCycle Technologies, Inc. announced corporate update for the second quarter of the current year. The company produced 3.4 million pounds of resin during the quarter.

Early in June, the business scheduled a brief outage to update and upgrade specific portions of the Ironton Facility. On June 9, the plant resumed operations, and it has been operating steadily ever since. The company intends to expand its purifying facility in Ironton, Ohio, to include compounding operations. It is expected that the Ironton Facility's compounding integration will be finished by the end of Q4 of current year.

Throughout the quarter, the company's continued performance in compounding and trials advanced. Many converters have received its extensive range of PureFive Choice resin grades for testing, and they have been molded into a variety of polypropylene packaging applications. Furthermore, the business is negotiating post-trial agreements with other converters for over 15 applications. 

PureCycle recorded revenue of almost $1.7 million in the second quarter of 2025.

Dustin Olson, CEO of PureCycle, stated that he is confident the company will boost revenues in the second half of 2025, putting it in a strong position for 2026.
